Bolshaya Moskovskaya

Currently in Odessa they are actively working on the reconstruction of the hotel Bolshaya Moskovskaya. In a short time before the residents and visitors of main street, Deribasovskaya, which is the cultural and historical center of Odessa, they will open the 4th in a row 5-star hotel Bolshaya Moskovskaya whose appearance will be restored in its original form.

The reconstruction of the facade of the hotel will be finished by the end of this year and the hotel will begin operation by mid-2012. The first five floors of the hotel retain its original historic appearance. In order to preserve many elements of decor, it is necessary to restore them from the records of the architect and author of this project building Leo Vlodek, who built the hotel in 1904. Among his works also include the Architectural "House of Atlanta" and the hotel "Passage".

Finished hotel rooms will be done in a modern style. Guests will be provided with two elevators, stylized from beginning of the century. Results will be presented here with 59 cozy rooms of a 75 sq. km. In addition, the hotel will house two luxury Presidential Suites.
The total area of the hotel Bolshaya Moskovskaya will greatly increase, largely due to an annex of the Greek area. There will be 2 levels completed in the building, which will be one of the main innovations of the hotel. The hotel will house two restaurants, open to the general public. After the reconstruction of the Bolshaya Moskovskaya it will be a 5-star modern hotel while retaining its historical look.
